This week, I visited the colorful and inspiring home of Bridget Maasland. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt energized by her eclectic interior. Everywhere you look, you see character, stories, and personal finds. Naturally, I immediately felt the itch to start brainstorming a few Catchii touches.

The first project we are tackling is a sleek, white custom-made cabinet. Beautiful, but also a perfect canvas for something special. Bridget quickly fell for our Weave wallpaper, specifically the Mandala White Sand variant. We are going to combine this wallpaper with our Bobbin brass handles. I can already picture the end result: a piece of furniture that is not only functional but also a real eye-catcher.
As we walked through her house together, I kept discovering new details. The colorful walls, unique artworks, and travel stories made me increasingly enthusiastic. It is precisely those kinds of personal elements that make a home unique.
At one point, we both lingered by the cabinets next to the sliding doors between the living room and kitchen. When I pulled out my wallpaper book, the choice was quickly made. Bridget immediately fell in love with my design featuring dancing Japanese cranes. Not only does she have a soft spot for birds, she also feels a strong connection to Japanese culture. A match made in color! 
For this cabinet, we are even going to customize the design so it fits the space perfectly. The wallpaper will be placed behind the shelves, adding a subtle yet playful surprise to the cabinet. It is those unexpected details that make an interior special to me.

These kinds of visits always give me so much energy. I love being able to get a glimpse into someone's world, brainstorm about their interior, and create something personal together. Often, I head home myself with a head full of new ideas and inspiration.
